Client communication
I just had a call with Jenna. Can you read through the notes and then send her an email with the information she asked for? You're going to have to read the transcript.

Here's my draft email to Jenna. It hasn't been sent.

To: Jenna (her email is in GHL)
Subject: Your headshot session — details and Saturday times

Hi Jenna,

It was great talking with you today! Here's everything we went over for you and Marcus.

The Five Star Headshot — $290

  • One session for both of you, about 45 minutes
  • 2 final retouched images to share between you
  • We'll grab a founder/co-founder shot of you two together while you're here
  • Wear your company polos
  • Your images are delivered within 24 hours, so you'll have them well before your October 16 deadline

A 50% reservation fee ($145) holds your date. The rest is due the day of your session.

Saturday, October 10 openings (all after 11):

  • 11:30 AM
  • 1:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM

No rush. Once you've checked with Marcus, text us which time works and we'll lock it in. Hope you get some rest this weekend.

What's in it, based on the call:

  • What she asked for: Your package details and Saturday times after 11 AM. She said she'll get back to us by Monday after checking with her husband.
  • Why only one Saturday: Her trip deposit is due around the 16th, so Oct 10 is the only Saturday that works. Another client is booked 10–10:45 that morning, and I checked that the rest of the day is open.
  • A family matter: I left out a personal detail she shared, since our reply rules keep personal details out of client messages.

Three things to check before I send:

  1. Session length: The Pricing doc lists the Five Star as 30 minutes. On the call you told her about 45, so I wrote 45. Change it if you'd like.
  2. Reservation fee: On the call you mentioned she'd pay the balance after the session, but you never said the fee amount. I added the standard 50% line ($145). Should I keep it?
  3. Text or email: On the call she asked you to text her the times. Should I also send her a short text saying the details are in her email?

Reply "send it" with any changes.

Hang up the phone, and the follow-up, invoice and appointment are already done.

Morning check-in

Every overnight text, email and lead in one quick rundown, with your next step.

Calls into action

Reads your call, then writes the follow-up, invoice and booking for you.

Client messages

Replies that sound like you wrote them, on the same channel, and follows up when leads go quiet.

Scheduling

Finds open times, books the right calendar and sends reminders.

Getting paid

Sends invoices by text and email, and checks nobody gets billed twice.

Moving clients along

From first message to finished job to referral, nobody falls through.

The rule that makes it work

Nothing goes to a client without your OK. You stay the boss. It just does the typing.

The Yes Boss App vs. hiring an assistant

Both get the busywork off your plate. Here's how they do it differently.

The Yes Boss App
Hiring an assistant
When it starts working
The day your number goes live
After you find, hire and train someone
Learning your style
Learns your voice from a few past messages
Weeks of watching you and getting corrected
Overnight messages
Waiting for you, sorted, in your morning check-in
Waiting until they clock in
Client history
Pulls up past jobs, payments and referrals in seconds
Depends on their memory and your notes
Catching mistakes
Checks every draft against your prices and calendar
Catches what they happen to notice
Sick days and turnover
None. Your setup and history stay put
Time off, and if they leave, what they know leaves too
Who has the final say
You. Nothing goes out without your OK
They send on their own judgment
Monthly cost
$87 all-in, including your Claude plan
A paycheck, plus payroll taxes

Where a person still wins: greeting clients at the door, running errands, anything in person. Already have an assistant? Keep them. This makes them faster.

Good to know: texting goes live once your new number is approved by the phone carriers, usually 1 to 2 weeks.

I built this for my own studio first.

I'm Eric Campbell. Since 2014 I've run Eric Campbell Photography in Fort Lauderdale, and with my team we've earned 680+ five-star Google reviews. See how we run our studio

The photography was never the hard part. The texts, follow-ups, invoices and rescheduling were. So I built a system for myself. Now my assistant reads my calls, drafts my emails and keeps my calendar straight. I read it over and say yes. That conversation in the phone up top is mine.

Every setup also comes with our hospitality handbook: the follow-ups and habits behind all those reviews. Your clients get treated the way ours do, from day one.

What people ask us

Is this GoHighLevel?

Yes, and we're proud of it. GoHighLevel is the engine. We set it up for you, connect your own Claude assistant, and add our client follow-up system, so it works on day one instead of month six.

What does it cost?

$499 one-time setup, and your first month is free, starting the day your number goes live. After that, it's $67 a month for our platform, plus $20 a month for your own Claude Pro plan, which you pay directly to Anthropic.

What if I don't like it?

Then we refund your $499 setup fee. You have 30 days, and the clock starts the day your business number goes live. Your first month is already free, so trying it doesn't cost you a dime with us.

Will it send messages without me?

Never. Every message waits for your OK. If you tell it the exact words to say, that counts as your yes.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. If you can send a text, you can run it. We do the setup, then walk you through everything in 20 minutes.

Can I keep my phone number?

We set you up with a new business number so texts and calls run through the system. Want to keep your current one? We can move it over as an add-on. It just takes a little longer.

I use an iPhone. Does it work?

Yes. Your iPhone calendar connects, and bookings show up right on it. Your business email runs on Google, which you can still read in your iPhone's Mail app.

Ready to say yes?

Book a call. We'll see if it fits your business, and if it does, we'll build it for you.
